IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES

Hi everyone! With so many new members in our group, I wanted to update our guidelines a bit. I have highlighted a few key items regarding preorders, shipping, and payment
I am working hard to find new and exciting items for you weekly. If there is anything you are looking for, please reach out. I will do my best to find it.
I will offer items with certain sizes available. Please comment under the post what size you want and whether you want invoiced via Venmo or emailed invoice. Please message me with any info you don't want shared in the group 😉 I will invoice for items and purchase them after payment is made only going forward. I will give ample amount of time for payment so you don't miss out.
Let's talk return policy. If an item is still available, we will exchange for a different size of the same item. We will do a return for store credit only within 7 days after your package is placed in the pickup bin or 14 days after it has shipped. I will do my best to be fair and work with everyone. Store credit is valid for 30 days after issue.
If payment is not made within 12 hours of receipt of invoice, I will not be able to order your items for you. It will have to wait until the next weekly order. I will accept checks as well. There is a drop box installed at the pickup bin. Please make sure you are putting your checks there instead of the mailbox.
Porch Pickup: Pickup will be offered at 2501 Dakota in Mattoon behind the high school. Your items will be placed in a yellow and black tote labeled Beyond Curves Boutique. Please try and pick up between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm. I also have a tote in Humboldt in Skyline Springs if that would ever be beneficial to anyone.
Shipping: I will offer shipping and this will be on a case by case basis. Some items are more expensive than others to ship. I will try and keep it as inexpensive as possible. Shipping will start at $6.50. Each additional item will be 2.00.
Turn around time: Shipping times will increase for some vendors as they will be switching to air shipping to avoid higher shipping costs. This may push us to a 10-14 day window on some items. If there is a delay I will keep you updated.
Preorders: Some companies offer preorders and give an estimated time of arrival. This can sometimes go longer than the date given. I do my best to keep everyone updated as I know any information. I also state preorder in the description. Please know this is estimated. There are many times this goes longer than the estimated date. There are many factors that are in play regarding this that are out of my control. With preorders, these are final sales.
Sizing charts: I am doing my best to get this information from my vendors. I will give a sizing chart when given to me.
Drops: Sundays are Blakely days when I think we will love it 😎 and Tuesdays are our regular days. Our drops close on Fridays. I have been adding in other items as I find them 🙂
With our Blakely and Jess Lea items, these are special orders and unfortunately I cannot do returns on them. These are final sales.
In stock sales: Occasionally I have an overstock of items that I will offer at a discount. These will be a final sale and not able to be returned.
