Our Story

20 dresses. 

That’s how many I tried on in one day desperately trying to find something that would flatter my shape for my son’s wedding.

We went back to our hotel in Virginia that evening and I looked at my husband and said, “I should just make my own dress out of these curtains at this point.”

I’ve been up and down in sizes my entire life and have felt the pain of shopping and never really finding something I loved in my plus size.

Over the years I’ve learned that just because I’m a size 8 or 10 or larger that doesn’t define me and it doesn’t mean I don’t deserve to feel beautiful in my clothes.

I want to help other women who struggle just as I have in finding flattering clothes.. SO..
